The clothes we need already exist.
Upthread started with a simple observation: there is no shortage of clothing in America. There is a shortage of clothing worth keeping. So instead of making new garments, we take ones that already exist (bought by the pallet from U.S. wholesalers) and remake each one into something singular.

What we believe.
Original beats new.
A piece no one else has is a piece you keep.
Every cut is different.
No templates and no repeats. The garment decides the shape.
Say only what's true.
We won't print numbers we can't back up. When we share an impact figure, we'll cite it.
